My surname is Fraser. “I am ready” is a translation of the Fraser of Lovat clan motto “Je suis prest”. The statement encapsulates the state of mind and preparation required to reach your potential and be ready for whatever life throws your way. My first name is Trisnasari, a Javanese name derived from Sanskrit.

I write about a range of topics, including wellbeing, cultural diversity, flow and creativity, which you can read here. I also talk to interesting people about how they pave their own way in unusual and creative occupations, which you can listen to here.
